The Intelligent Management System and Information Digitization of Contaminated Site Remediation

This paper starts from the reuse of contaminated site in China over the past few years, focuses on the management of contaminated site remediation and safe reuse in New York City and New Jersey, analyzes their main management institutions, major management processes. This paper compares differences in contaminated site management entities between China and the United States. China should expedite the establishment of contaminated sites safety reuse management system, strengthen the joint supervision mechanism of various departments, ensure information sharing, and protect the safety of buildings, humans, as well as the environment.
