Research on the Synergy of Subsystem Based on Computer and Network: A Case Study of Cultural Industry and Financial Innovation

With the fast development of computer and network, information technology is applied widely in the economy evaluation. The article developed a technique for evaluation industry synergy based on computer and network. As a new industry with low carbon, creativity and high added value, the development of cultural industry needs strong support from the financial industry. The issue of synergy evaluation is particularly important for developing countries. After constructing the index system of cultural industry and financial innovation subsystem by the network technology, we use the synergy model to calculate the synergy between cultural industry and financial industry in Inner Mongolia, China. The study found that the order showed the following rules of the cultural industry subsystem and the financial innovation subsystem, the degree of synergy was negative in 2012-2013, that is, the cultural industry and financial innovation showed uncoordinated development state. By 2014 and 2015, the system of cultural industry and financial innovation synergy becomes positive, the order of the subsystem also increased at the same time. In the end we put forward some suggestions for improve the synergy.
