The Application of Digital Simulation Technology in Optimization of Pipeline Assembly for the Core Module of Space Station

In this paper, aiming at the characteristics of numerous, complex layout and the shape diversity and interface diversity of piping systems on the core module of the space station, the digital simulation technology is adopted to carry out the whole-process assembly simulation analysis and ergonomic simulation analysis of the pipeline system. Through the analysis, the risk points and operational difficulties that may exist in the pipeline assembly process are estimated, and corresponding solutions are given to achieve the purpose of improving the pipeline assembly quality and efficiency in the mode of 3D model guides the final assembly.
