High Performance Shipborne Message Queuing Service Prototype System Based on Apache Pulsar

With the development and application of shipborne information technology, the integration of shipboard information system (SIS) becomes more and more complex, and the communication between shipborne information platforms needs the guarantee of lightweight, high reliability, low latency, high performance and expansibility. In this paper, according to the characteristics of integration and communication in SIS, as well as the requirements of information transmission, such as marine target detection, multi-source heterogeneous marine data fusion, critical control and detection, a high-performance shipborne message queue service prototype system is designed and constructed based on Apache Pulsar. The prototype system implements message feedback mechanism and message priority queue strategy based on point-to-point and publish-subscribe patterns, which effectively reduces the complexity of shipborne application communication. In addition, the prototype system not only ensures the reliability of message transmission, but also greatly ensures the real-time performance and throughput of message transmission. The experimental results show that the prototype system proposed in this paper can effectively ensure the reliability of data communication between shipborne information platforms, and meet the requirements of low latency and high performance of SIS.
