Implementing Online Food Ordering System for Food Court Using Scrum Approach

In this era, the technology has been continuously stepping up its roles in human's life. In this rapidly changes of the technology, we have to step forward and must not get caught left behind, including in the simplest situation such as food ordering. It is no doubt that online food ordering is at its peak now as more and more people feel ease to do with. Generally, people do online food ordering when they just want to casually eat at home. It's rare to see an onsite food ordering done online, therefore our goal is to develop a system for online ordering for an onsite food court business. We realize that there are several flaws in traditional food ordering system which we would like to improve, especially during the virus outbreak, we hope that the new system could provide the best experience for the community involved. This paper presents the introduction of our idea, the issues behind, the elaboration of the solution, the purpose and benefits of our system, and how our team implement scrum methodology to our projects.
