One Cycle Control Applied to a Three-Phase PWM Rectifier

This work has as a proposal using the one-cycle controls techniques to control a three-phase rectifier based on the boost topology without using voltage sensors in the coupled points of the system. In addition, unlike most of the work developed with the OCC technique, the digital implementation using DSP TMS320F28335 from Texas Instruments was used. The objective of implementing this proposal is the obtain a sinusoidal current at the input of the rectifier with a power factor as close as feasible to the unit, although the output of the rectifier is controlled at a fixed voltage value. Thus, simulations were performed to evaluate the proposed system, and empirical results were verified in a laboratory prototype.
