The Fuzzy-Neural Network Control with SARSA Learning for Nonlinear System

This paper presents the fuzzy-neural network sliding-mode control (FNNSMC) with SARSA learning methods for tracking nonlinear system is proposed for chaos systems. A tuning methodology is derived to update weight parts of the FNNSMC which based on gradient descent. The proposed control tracking stability and error convergence to the closed-loop system could be guaranteed. Furthermore, the effectiveness of the proposed control systems is verified by simulated results.
