Simulation and Road Test of a Traveling Working Radar

In order to understand the structural and mechanical properties of a moving radar, the simulation analysis and prototype test of the whole radar are carried out. According to the characteristics of the product, the test scheme of the sports car is designed, and the test data are collected and analyzed to extract the vibration input load. The safety margin of the structure design is verified by comparing and analyzing the results of simulation analysis and sports car test. The vibration input load obtained by the sports car is less than the load recommended by the relevant military standards, and the structural optimization design should be based on the measured vibration load. The research results of this paper have a certain reference significance for the development of the mechanical performance simulation and testing of the vehicle moving working radar.
