Analysis and Testing of Structural Resonance Frequency for Measurement Radar

The structural optimization and iterative design were carried out to improve the structural rigidity of the measurement radar. A finite element analysis model was established based on the three-dimensional model, and the first, second, and third-order modes of the radar structure were simulated and analyzed. Then a test platform was established to test the resonance frequency of the actual structural system. The measured resonance frequency and mode shape were consistent with the modal simulation data, so that to provide a certain basis for the adjustment of the servo bandwidth. Finally, the servo bandwidth test was carried out for the antenna pedestal angle servo control system of the actual radar antenna, and the result meet the index requirement.
