Research on Automatic Calibration and Test of VXI Bus Analog Signal Synthesis Test Module

VXI bus analog signal synthesis test module integrated a variety of testing instruments. Due to the numerous technical indicators, the complex calibration process and the cumbersome and time-consuming testing process, in order to improve the efficiency of the calibration and test, this paper presents the research of automatic calibration and testing methods. Through remote control of a variety of testing instruments to achieve the automation of calibration and testing, and based on Lab Windows to achieve the software function of the method. It solves many problems faced by manual calibration and testing, and greatly improves the efficiency of calibration and testing.
