Development and Application of Automatic Verification Device for Standard Tungsten Ribbon Lamps

This paper introduces a fully automatic verification device that transmits the brightness and temperature of standard tungsten ribbon lamps. This device meets the requirements of the standard tungsten ribbon lamps in the JJG 110-2008 verification regulation of standard tungsten ribbon lamps issued by State Administration for Market Regulation. Developed a program-controlled power supply with the domestic advanced level. The DC stability is less than 0.02%/min, and it is designed so that the functions of digital circuit, control circuit, AC circuit and power circuit do not interfere with each other. Combined with the software, the automatic verification of standard tungsten strip lights can be realized. Thereby improving the verification level, verification quality and work efficiency.
