Information System for Optimal Control Process of Granulation in a Fluidised Bed

The relevance of finding the optimal control of the process of dehydration and granulation of mineral fertilizers in the fluidized bed is that this process is energy intensive. In addition, the process of dehydration and granulation occurs in a narrow temperature range. There are a number of mathematical models of the process that are complex and cannot be used to control the process. The proposed simplified mathematical models of the process do not take into account a number of factors influencing the process. The problem of optimal control of the dehydration and granulation process has so far been solved for the synthesis of an optimal linear regulator. But in the case of constant or slowly changing input effects, such regulators cannot meet the requirements of zero deviations of the control values from the specified values. In order for them to satisfy such a requirement, the task is to introduce into the law of optimal control a component that depends on the integral of the state vector. An information system for optimal control of the dehydration and granulation process in a fluidized bed is proposed.
