Integrated Smart System for Urban Farming

Food creation in India is going through a hidden change provoking a crisis because of its quick urbanization, land lack, and low close by food creation of fish and verdant vegetables. This paper tries to plan and develop a system that can synergize fish and plant development without the usage of energy, rather than making energy from the real system itself. The current modelling project aims to create a virtually emission-free aquaponics system that also incorporates vertical farming. Different sensors were utilized in the system to keep track of the ideal temperature, pH, Water level and nutrient quantity which takes energy needed from the solar cells. The Arduino platform is used to collect energy from solar cells and programme the various sensors. According to the model, a system with (300L) fish tanks and a (1.6m x 0.3m) vertical farming will yield 25 kilograms of tilapia and 30 kilograms approximately of vegetables and food grains per year. Accordingly, the proposed system has exhibited to be a self-maintaining, financially savvy, and harmless to the ecosystem metropolitan cultivating system that will engage both business ranchers and home landscapers.
