UNet based future weather prediction on Weather4cast 2021 stage 2

This paper describes our experiments on Weather4cast 2021 challenge stage 2. We tried to predict future weather patterns in various geographic regions worldwide. Similar to our previous participation at the same challenge of stage 1, we utilized UNet to make a prediction on every pixel of the weather image. Multiple UNet models having diverse network structures were trained and prediction outputs were combined to make more accurate predictions. Evaluation results show competitive performance compared to the baseline persistence method.
