Antenna array power supply circuit in marine communication systems using the topology of a compact coupler

At low frequencies, there is a problem with miniaturization of directional couplers in the maritime telecommunication system, since these devices take up a lot of space. A variant of a compact coupler in microstrip design is presented. The results of simulation of such a device with an operating frequency of 0.9 GHz and on a FR 4 substrate are presented. The use of artificial transmission lines made it possible to reduce the size, but at the same time there was a narrowing of the operating frequency band.
