Impact of data synchronization methods on the quality of engineering NIS data from several integrated applications in GIS architecture

This study examines the impact of data synchronization techniques on the quality of network information system (NIS) engineering data from multiple integrated applications in a geospatial information system (GIS) architecture. As a case study has been chosen a grid power infrastructure to examine data synchronization impact on the data storage quality during NIS Plan and the mobile solution Plan interaction. Three different interaction scenarios have been considered and optimal solutions were proposed in accordance with business priorities.
