Research on Wire Lifter of Transmission Line Straight Tower Based on Intelligent Motion Controller

Under the action of long-term uneven hook tension and various working conditions, the ground wire of overhead transmission line is easy to cause many hidden dangers of ground wire and suspension clamp. In the process of maintenance, it is difficult to lift the ground wire and there are potential safety hazards during operation. This paper only analyzes and improves the four-wire hook lifter used in the live replacement of linear insulator strings on 110 ~ 500 kV transmission lines, and puts forward the structural design scheme of embedded intelligent motion controller which uses microprocessor to control the motion control chip MCX314AL. In this paper, firstly, the requirements of motion controller are analyzed, the goals that can be achieved are defined, and the final overall design is determined. The development and application of this tool simplifies the operation process, reduces the workload of operators, improves the work efficiency and ensures the safety.
