Non-equilibrium carriers and recombination phenomena in type-II quantum dots

In the present work we study the key parameters of a type-II quantum dot (QD), namely, the QD charge Q and the band bending V/sub 0/, their evolution with optical excitation and light-induced non-equilibrium properties of the system.
