Design of a Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV) for Biofoul Cleaning and Inspection of Variety of Underwater Structures

Biofouling is a thin layer of bacterial formation on surfaces in prolonged contact with water. Biofouling is the primary cause of decay in a lifetime in dams and reduces energy output from reservoirs and ship hulls.Our primary aim is to effectively remove biofouling of almost every underwater surface and construction mentioned above. The product will result in less human interference in such dangerous and less efficient aquatic cleaning activities, decreasing the cost and increasing the cleaning operations’ safety and efficiency.
