Research on Mine-Used Combination Switch Control System Based on Dual CAN Bus

Aiming at the problem of single-bus mine-used combination switch equipment in which the equipment fails to operate under a single bus fault, a control system design scheme based on dual CAN buses is proposed in the paper. Which analyzes the usage environment of the system, proposes the architecture of the whole control system, introduces the hardware and software implementation scheme of a single site controller, proposes a frame structure applicable to the combination The communication model of CAN bus is proposed, and the bus fault detection mechanism and the fast bus switching mechanism are highlighted, so that the normal operation of the device under a single bus fault is achieved. The tests show that the scheme can obtain a large system reliability improvement at a small cost and has a strong application value.
