Site validation for radiated field measurements of high-voltage/large-capacity electrical equipment

In this paper, we proposed a reference site method (RSM) specialized in validation of a site other than a semi anechoic room (SAC) using a site insertion loss (SIL) to evaluate the quality of the site. Some such sites were evaluated by the proposed method. Evaluation results show that the proposed method is a suitable for sufficiently evaluating the quality of the site for EMI measurements.
