NILM Application for Real Time Monitoring of Appliances Energy Consumption Used

This paper describes a Nonintrusive Load Monitoring (NILM) measurement method and application for real-time monitoring of electricity consumption by individual electrical energy consumers (EER). The application provides a user interface that allows for viewing the current power and electricity consumption by individual EER and add a new one to the system. The NILM algorithm used in the application enables adequate disaggregation of power and energy consumption for various types, even when many devices run in the background. According to the definition of the NILM system, the measurement is carried out at a single point in the power grid.
