Based on the resonant-type metamaterial design protocol, the metamaterial is composed of a mirror-symmetric T - shaped structure, it can modulate the phase of two orthogonal polarized waves and the low-Q design efficiently increase the bandwidth to 39%. The simulation results suggest that while working at 660GHz, the 3dB axial ration can reach bandwidth is 155GHz, and the insertion loss is less than 5dB.
