Learning Across IEEE: Perspectives From the 2021 IEEE WiE International Leadership Conference [Women in Engineering]

Each year, the IEEE Women in Engineering (WiE) hosts the IEEE WiE International Leadership Conference (ILC) as a forum to support diversity in technology. This year, the IEEE PELS WiE committee had two committee members as speakers and sponsored committee members to attend the virtual conference for professional development.
