Research on Control Technology of Disturbance Influence of Tunnel Blasting on Gas Storage

Due to many factors such as the construction environment, the existing tunnels still use drilling and blasting methods. The stress wave generated during the tunnel blasting process will cause some disturbance to the surrounding buildings, and sometimes it may endanger the safety of the building. In order to ensure the safety of the tunnel and the surrounding buildings, it is necessary to carry out research on the tunnel blasting vibration law. Relying on the Grade IV mudstone section of the Sansheng Tunnel of Chongqing Changshou-Hechuan Expressway Project as the engineering research object, the ANSYS LS-DYNA is used to establish the formation-tunnel-gas storage model. The blasting vibration characteristics of the tunnel under the gas storage are studied, and the maximum peak vibration at different positions from the explosion source is analyzed. The speed is compared with the theoretical formula. The eccentric uncoupled blasting vibration control technology is proposed. The results show that the numerical results are in good agreement with the theoretical formulas, which shows the effectiveness of the numerical simulation. At the same time, the vibration generated by the vibration reduction control technology is reduced by 40% compared with the vibration generated by the original blasting. This research has certain reference significance for guiding tunnel blasting excavation construction and reducing the disturbance of surrounding buildings.
