Dynamics of Operation of Pneumatic Arch Destruction Device

The results of the analysis of the influence of the spring stiffness of the pneumatic nozzle and the valve material on the strength characteristics and reliability of the pneumatic nozzle are presented. It is shown that the process of predicting stresses in the valve material requires a deeper study based on the improvement of methods for modeling the behavior of the dynamic spring-valve system. As a research tool, it is proposed to use the method of numerical modeling of the behavior of a dynamic system. The main purpose of the work is to determine the features of the formation of stresses on the valve surface that occur during the operation of the nozzle. Theoretical substantiation and modeling using the finite element method (FEM) have been carried out. As a result, the values of stresses on the valve surface are determined depending on the valve material and spring stiffness.
