General solution to the problem of decorrelation of a linear combination of two random complex variables

This paper introduce analytic solution for the problem of decorrelation of two complex random variables. The complex probability approach was described in the work. The complex cumulants and moments and their properties were shown. The system of second order equations was formulated. The algorithm of receiving the general analytic solution in parametric form was described.
