SAR Image Noise Reduction Based on Wavelet Transform and DnCNN

Synthetic Aperture Rada is capable of all-weather, high-resolution and wide-ranging imaging , which is an important remote sensing observation technology. Unlike optical remote sensing images which have relatively uniform image characteristics, SAR images will be affected by speckles, resulting in large random fluctuations in the image, interfering with image interpretation and post-application, so how to reduce image noise and maintain effective image information important meaning. In this regard, this paper develops an adaptive processing flow that combines noise reduction and image contrast enhancement, which can effectively improve the interpretability and applicability of images with strong coherent speckle noise.
