Design Method of Real-Time Imaging System of The Intermittent Burst Mode SAR

Aiming at the requirement of real–time imaging of match navigation application system on the aircraft and considering the characteristics of various working modes of SAR system, a design method for real-time imaging system of SAR in intermittent burst mode is proposed. Considering the requirements of resolution, noise equivalent backscattering coefficient and imaging delay, etc, an intermittent burst imaging mode is designed to obtain large and wide SAR images by stitching multiple burst images. On this basis, the integrated design process is given, and the radar parameters are mainly analyzed. Based on the overall technical index requirements and flight parameters, the parameters of the system are designed, and the performance of the system is analyzed, and the proposed design method is verified. This method overcomes the limitations of the existing methods and provides technical support for the development of real-time matching navigation system on the aircraft.
