Research on Mechanical Properties and Hydrogen Permeation of Cold Rolled Enamel Steel

The cold-rolled steel for enameling was studied, the structure and mechanical properties of the steel plate were analyzed, and the anti-scale and explosion performance of the steel plate was tested through the electrochemical hydrogen penetration test. The results show that the structure of the steel plate is equiaxed ferrite grains and dispersed precipitated phase grains, and the average ferrite grain size is 7.1µm, The mechanical properties show that the tensile strength of the steel plate is 470MPa, the elongation is 42%, and the hydrogen permeability test results show that the hydrogen permeability value is 11.3min/mm

. The cold-rolled enamel steel plate has high strength and good scale and explosion resistance.
