Hole Position Detection Technology Of Thin-Walled Parts Based On Binocular Vision

Aiming at the problem that the Hole position detection measurement of thin-wall part in traditional manufacturing is difficult and the accuracy is limited by manufacturing errors of fixtures and thin-wall parts, a method of hole position detection of thin-wall parts based on binocular vision was proposed. The detection system used the binocular cameras which installed at the end of the motion actuator to capture the image information of the target part and obtained disparity map by stereo vision matching. Through the digital image processing technology, the system got the target hole contours and its center position. The experimental results show that the measurement method is reasonable and effective, and the measurement accuracy meets the requirement.
