Application of Big Data Digitization in the Study of Functional Exercises System under Expert Database Diagnostic Technology

Purpose: The paper explores the clinical effects of acupuncture and massage combined with functional exercise in patients with lumbar disc herniation and designs an acupuncture treatment system based on expert database diagnostic technology to assist acupuncture and massage work. Methods: The paper selected 60 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted from January 2018 to December 2019 as the study, and randomly divided them into a control group and a test group, 30 cases in each group according to the admission sequence number. The control group was given massage therapy, and the test group was given acupuncture and massage combined with rehabilitation training to compare the therapeutic effects of the two programs. At the same time, design an acupuncture treatment system based on expert data diagnosis. Results: The total effective treatment rate in the experimental group was 95.0%, which was better than 72.5% in the control group. The difference was statistically significant $(\mathrm{P}\lt 0.05)$. Conclusion: The treatment effect of acupuncture and massage combined with rehabilitation training for patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation is more significant, and it is worth recommending.
