Improvement strategy and statistical analysis of the failure of smart electric energy meter in power system

Aiming at several problems in the measurement process of electric energy meters under spot market conditions, an improvement strategy is proposed based on an in-depth analysis of the abnormal causes of smart meters. Firstly, perform statistical analysis on the failure of the disassembled electric energy meter to determine the three main failure modes, and propose improvement strategies for the three main failure modes. The measurement error analysis result shows that the error of the high-precision electric energy meter has a maximum jump of about 0.02%.
