Digital Transformation of Public Services based on a Content Management System

The paper summarizes the experience of digital transformation of regional processes for the provision of public services, taking into account promising management trends in complex socio-economic systems. Based on a review of modern information and management technologies, an original method is proposed for calculating the efficiency indicators of the processes recommended to ensure a sustainable digital transformation in the provision of public services, based on the technology of Big Data analysis. The ability to specify and evaluate processes is implemented on the basis of a content management system (ECM).
