Long-pass edge interference filters designing in NIR spectral range for Raman spectroscopy

The model of the longpass interference filter on thin dielectric films was developed for the Raman spectroscopy system. The main advantages and disadvantages of the designing and manufacturing of interference filters have been considered. Spectral characteristics of filter models with the same and different thickness of dielectric films were analyzed. The filter design was made in two versions of coating deposition with different thicknesses. The spectral transmission characteristics of the filters were measured with a spectrophotometer.
