Modeling the influence of aberrations on the formation of vortex beams using a spiral phase plate

This paper investigates the influence of various types of aberrations on the formation of vortex beams when using a spiral phase plate. The aberrations associated with a change in the structure of the optical element, as well as distortions of the illuminating beam, are considered. The simulation results can be useful for analyzing the aberrations of optical systems.
