Improving the Control of the Automated Technological Environment to Improve the Efficiency of the Tool in Environments with a Glow Discharge

The issues of improving the efficiency and quality of control of technological processes of hardening tools in the glow discharge are considered. On the basis of continuous control of technological parameters of the hardening process, effective control of the technological environment is provided. A modeling algorithm is proposed for creating an automated control and management system for the efficiency and quality of tool production. This made it possible to optimize its equipment for hardening a wide range of tools in plasma generators of a glow discharge by changing the nature of the plasma exposure and the duration. On the basis of continuous neural network monitoring of technological transitions, a given thermodynamic structure of the surface layer of the working parts of a wide range of tools is provided.
