Digital Transformation of Employment Centers Based on the Concept of Lean Manufacturing

As a research goal of the article, the authors identified an attempt to develop and implement a unified approach to the implementation of the concept of digital lean production in the activities of a typical employment center. As a result, the advantages and difficulties of implementing the concept of digital Lean production in the activities of employment centers are identified. A model of a digital Lean office has been developed that takes into account the specifics of the functioning of employment centers. A unified practice-oriented approach to the implementation of the concept of digital Lean production is proposed, as the main set of measures to improve the quality levels and information support of the processes of providing services to the population and eliminating the resulting losses.
