SMART Technologies for Student Mobility in the Open Education System and their Application Criteria

The publication presents the criteria for the application of Smart-technologies for student mobility in the system of open education. The novelty of the research is in the fact that the working prototype of the Smart-system for optimal decision-making, where students can independently choose the parameters and resources of the planned educational journey is developed as an integral IT-system with a single interface. The practical significance is in the fact that the system of open education is greatly enhanced by a unique possibility of organizing mobile education with justification of application criteria.
