Using the SMART System for Organizing Mobile Routes in the Open Education System

The publication presents a prototype of Smart-system for student mobility in open education system and methodological recommendations for its use. For the first time developed a working prototype of Smart-system in the form of an integrated IT-environment with a unified interface for making optimal decisions when students independently choose the parameters and resources of the planned trip. The practical significance is the enrichment of online education platforms with a new functionality for the organization of educational travel (mobile education).
