Filtering Performance of Microacoustic-based Matching Networks for Wake-Up Applications

This paper explores different Matching Networks (MN) architectures based on acoustic microelectromechanical (MEMS) resonators for ultra-low-power Wake Up Receivers (WuRx) and compares them with established bulk element systems. The architectures are modeled and then compared in terms of passive voltage amplification (G
