In this new study investigation, many immunoinformatics pathways were used to discover efficient B-cell epitopes of human osteoclast inhibitory lectin, partial. The physicochemical characteristics of the human osteoclast inhibitory lectin, partial as well as its transmembrane region, were studied. A 3D model of human Osteoclast inhibitory lectin, partial homology was also created. B-cell pictorial epitopes were studied applying BCPREDS, BepiPred, ABCpred as well as Bcepred. We evaluated surface usability, antigenicity, and graphical epitope enumeration. Following the analysis of the epitopes, any of the available B-cell three-dimensional models were created. According to this study, This study analysis may be extremely beneficial for future research as well as vaccine designation in the field of osteoclast diagnostics. the most convenient B-cell epitopes are HQEPSVCLQAACPES, QRKCFYF, and SDDTKNWTSS.
