Pathogen Identification and DNA Sequence Analysis of Turnip Mosaic Virus Disease Based on Artificial Intelligence

Turnip mosaic virus is a worldwide distributed virus and belongs to the potato Y virus group. It is mainly transmitted by aphids in a non-persistent manner under natural conditions. They are the main viruses that harm cruciferous vegetables, legumes and grass crops respectively. This article is based on artificial intelligence, RT-PCR, sequence detection and analysis methods to identify vegetables, soybeans and corn with typical symptoms. The pathogen and DNA sequence of Turnip Mosaic Virus were purified.
