Social Resources Realizing the Potential of Technical Intelligentsia in the Automobile and Road Transport Complex

The authors refer specialists with higher technical education, engaged in production, as well as in the development of an intellectual product for the development of science and technology, to the technical intelligentsia. These highly qualified specialists are leading in the automobile and road-transport complex in the issues of creation and functioning of intelligent systems. From a number of social resources of technical intellectuals (professional, value-based) stand out the intelligentsia ones, based on a high level of education and scientific activity. Theoretical developments and empirical studies have allowed to analyze the basis and main directions for the development of intellectual potential of technical intelligentsia: integration of higher education, science and production; development of information technology; artificial intelligence as an integral part of innovation; work with Big Data; social responsibility of technical intelligentsia for the decisions taken.
