Intelligent System for Recognizing the Main Characteristics of the Traffic Flow

This article describes an intelligent system that determines the main characteristics of the traffic flow, such as the type of vehicle, car brand, intensity and density of the traffic flow. The main characteristics of transport flows are considered in detail, as well as the classification of transport flow models. It describes the advantages of using artificial intelligence to solve such problems, as well as describes the tasks, the purpose of the work and the relevance of this topic. The process of collecting a dataset (training, validation and test samples), preparing data for training, training a neural network, and also presents the results of the resulting intelligent system.
