Digital Analytical Model for Estimating Sales Speed Delivery of Foreign Trade Goods by Road

In this article, it is proposed to consider one of the possible methods for assessing the commercial speed of road freight transport. It is necessary to systematically monitor the actual level of commercial speed of cargo transport engaged in the transportation of foreign trade goods. It is clear that for this we need appropriate methodological tools that allow us to adequately assess this level based on real data. In the case of cargo transportation by road in international traffic, a significant environmental factor affecting the time characteristics of transportation activities is the duration of the presence of vehicles in the area of the automobile checkpoint. It can be argued that this time is largely random. The specifics of international road cargo transportation is that road carriers on their way in the process of cargo delivery repeatedly cross the customs border of the Eurasian Economic Union and the state border of Russia. Obviously, there is no systematic accounting of such time characteristics. An analysis of official open sources of information related to international road transport of goods did not reveal such information.
