Case study: the use of Trello for collaborative work in laboratory practice on engineering subjects

In this proposal, the use of Trello application, whose focus is to promote the collaborative work of students, is analyzed. The study has been carried out in subjects of the second year of several engineering degrees. The final goal is to provide students with a tool to encourage collaboration among them, as well as to facilitate direct feedback between the teacher and his/her students. The level of student satisfaction has been measured at the end of the semester through surveys. This study shows that both students and teachers emphasize the usefulness of the application for reaching the stated objectives, recommending it for future years and highlighting the ease of use of Trello.
