Design of CO Detection System in Deflagration Process Based on STM32

High-speed data acquisition equipment is usually needed in detection of deflagration process because of the transient response time. Traditional high-speed data acquisition system has high cost and poor portability. In this work, a low-cost and miniaturized detection system for intermediate products in deflagration process is designed. The system consists of STM32 module, AD9481 high-speed data acquisition module, optical detection module and gas deflagration device module. The circuit diagram of the high-speed data acquisition system is given. Driven by STM32 module, the change process of CO in butane deflagration was studied at the sampling rate of 200Msa/s. 160μS length of data acquisition can be reached. Through experimental comparison, the data collected by the system can correctly reflect the change of CO photosensitive signal at the moment of deflagration. And a low-cost and miniaturized detection system for intermediate products in deflagration process is realized.
