Employee Strategic Commitment And Strategic Executive Performance: The Mediating Effect of Strategic Execution: Based on Experimental and Mathematical Statistics Analysis

In the existing research on strategic consensus, there is not enough in-depth research on the role of employee strategic consensus on strategic implementation performance. From the perspective of strategic execution, based on the logical relationship of strategic consensus, strategic execution and performance, this paper explores the action mechanism of employee strategic commitment on enterprise strategic execution performance. In this study, SPSS24.0 was used to analyze the reliability and validity of the questionnaire. AMOS23.0 was used to establish the structural equation model. Employees' strategic commitment, strategic execution and strategic execution performance were three potential variables. The questionnaire design questions were observation variables to determine the relationship between potential variables, draw the relationship diagram, and import the questionnaire data to run to obtain the structural equation model diagram, The coefficients of each path are obtained, and the relationship between employees' strategic commitment, strategic execution and strategic execution performance is tested. Through the bootstrap test method, the 95% confidence interval of the regression coefficient product term does not include 0, which further tests the intermediary effect of strategic execution. The research results confirm the relationship between employees' strategic commitment, strategic execution and strategic execution performance, clarify the action path of employees' strategic commitment on strategic execution performance, provide theoretical reference for enterprise strategic adjustment and strategic implementation practice under the influence of new environment and target policies, and enrich the research of strategic consensus theory.
