Collect information on enterprise issue through on-site survey, find problems through video analysis, and determine key problem factors combined with brainstorming; Ansys Workbench software was used to carry out finite element analysis of the main problem factors, and based on the calculation results of Ansys Workbench, it proposed to standardize forklift operation and reduce the types of wooden pallets, so that J Company could achieve the purpose of reducing the cost of wooden pallets. The organic combination of IE thinking and Ansys Workbench analysis technology enables enterprises to find and solve problems in practical engineering application.
